We are looking for a full-time toddler teacher to join our team!Job Description:Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to)Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans (using Alabama Early Learning Guidelines) and daily classroom schedule in accordance with KidTowne Theme Base CurriculumResponsible for overall supervision and daily function of classroom of childrenEnsure a safe and consistent child development environment. Maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidenceProvide verbal recognition to all children while providing clear and consistent expectations for behaviorObserve rules and regulations of not only KidTowne, but the local, state, or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety, and care of childrenMaintain overall appearance (adhere to dress code at all times)Accept responsibility for maintaining necessary maintenance and housekeeping duties as it relates to the classroom, playground, or any common areasAssist in any other areas deemed necessary by administration.Hourly Rate:$14.00-17.00 an HourExperience PreferredQualifications:Must be reliable and dependableWork an 8hr shiftMeet all DHR Childcare Licensing RequirementsIncluding ABI/FBI Background Check/TB Test/ Pass a physicalMust be 18yrs old or olderMust have High School Diploma or equivalentComplete required DHR Training (will be provided)CPR Certification (Will provide if needed)Benefits:Benefits package and hourly rate commensurate with experiencePaid HolidaysEmployee Childcare Discounts (If needed)Paid Sick LeavePaid Time Off401KPaid TrainingWe are hiring for multiple positions, Monday-Friday full-time and evening/weekend shifts available.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
