 ROLE MAIN PURPOSE
 
 
 
 will be responsible to provide technical and operational expertise to control all security activities of Kidana&rsquo;s properties, employees, tenants, and visitors by implementing security policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining an effective security system.
 
 
 
 Functional Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Security Contract Management:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee security contracts starting from preparation to completion, ensuring all contractual requirements and deliveries are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain continuous communication with service providers to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve monthly invoices submitted by service provider, ensuring that all services rendered are accurately reflected and in compliance with contract terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Issue violations and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any breaches of contractual obligations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for security personnel, ensuring that they are well-equipped to carry out their duties.
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>

 Supervise Security Operations:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise and monitor day-to-day operations of security teams including access control, security operation center, and inspections to ensure effective service delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write and update post instructions documents to provide clear, detailed guidelines for security staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct performance reviews and handle personnel issues as necessary.
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>

 Security Audits and Drills:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, prepare, and conduct regular security drills to ensure readiness and efficiency in responding to potential threats or emergencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and perform security audits to evaluate compliance with internal security instructions and procedures.
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Policy and Procedure Implementation:
 </li>
 <li>
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure the implementation and adherence to company security policies and procedures across all sites.
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Security Incident Management:
 </li>
 <li>
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Respond swiftly to security incidents, assess the situation, and initiate corrective actions to mitigate risk and resolve the issue.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate incidents to determine causes and recommend preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare incident and investigation reports and provide detailed documentation of the event, including actions taken and outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish direct lines for communications with all stakeholders including emergency teams, departments, contractors, vendors and service providers.
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Public Event and VIP Visit Management:
 </li>
 <li>
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee security arrangements for public events, ensuring the safety of attendees and smooth execution of the event.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively with the Security External Affairs Section in developing and implementing security plans for VIP visits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise security personnel at public events and VIP visits, ensuring appropriate crowd control and protection measures are in place.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor real-time security adjustments during events, ensuring all risks are mitigated promptly.
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Security Awareness Promotion:
 </li>
 <li>
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Promote security awareness throughout the organization by conducting regular awareness programs, workshops, and briefings for security policing and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical expertise and guidance to other teams and departments within the organization regarding security-related issues.
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Risk Identification and Mitigation:
 </li>
 <li>
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify security risks and vulnerabilities across the organization and report them to Security Operation Manager for assessment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify risks, gaps and failures in Security Procedures, physical measures, and systems and report them to the Security Operation Manager for further evaluation and correction.
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Reporting and Documentation:
 </li>
 <li>
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain detailed records of security operations, contract fulfillment, and any issues or incidents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management or clients regarding the status of security operations, staffing, and contract compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document security incidents, audits, drills, public event security, VIP visits, and any other significant events to ensure full compliance and continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educational Qualifications &amp; professional Certificates
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Educational Qualifications: A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in security management or a Related Field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional and Technical Certificates (preferred): Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or the Physical Security Professional (PSP), or equivalent.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 Professional Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5+ years of experience as security professional
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
