About the Role</b></div><div></div><div><br>
We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated <b>Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate </b>to join our Shared Services team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end AR processes, ensuring proactive collections and strong customer communication. A successful candidate will demonstrate a <b>strong sense of urgency</b>, <b>commitment to excellence</b>, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to work during <b>U.S. business hours</b>.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Process and monitor customer invoices and payments accurately across multiple entities and accounting systems.</li><li>
Reconcile AR subledger with the general ledger and investigate any discrepancies.</li><li>
Perform proactive collections efforts through professional communication (email and phone), ensuring timely receipt of payments.</li><li>
Investigate and resolve issues such as short payments, chargebacks and unapplied cash.</li><li>
Identify underlying causes of delayed payments; working with internal teams or customers to resolve.</li><li>
Perform credit analysis accurately and efficiently identifying risky accounts.</li><li>
Detailed tracking of deadlines and prioritizing follow-ups with customers.</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer account information.</li><li>
Prepare aging reports and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Billing, Customer Support) to resolve account issues.</li><li>
Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the Shared Services function.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></div><div><b><br>
Education:</b></div><ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
4+ years of relevant accounts receivable experience, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.</li><li>
Familiarity with Dun and Bradstreet report and be able to perform credit analysis accurately and efficiently.</li><li>
Experience working with global customers and multi-currency transactions.</li><li>
Experience using ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Skills &amp; Competencies:</b></div><ul><li>
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>
Sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of AR processes and accounting principles.</li><li>
Comfortable handling high transaction volumes with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.</li><li>
Must be able to work full-time during U.S. business hours (EST).</li></ul></div><div></div>
