We aspire to create and deliver experiences that last a lifetime.Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as literacy education, math, and social-emotional skills - Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment - Provide individualized attention and support to each child - Monitor and assess children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program - Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and other necessary documentation - Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a positive classroom environment - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns or questions```Qualifications``` - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience) - Previous experience working with children (birth-5Y) - Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Excellent classroom management skills - Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners - Knowledge of behavioral health strategies for young children - Experience working collaboratively with other teachers and staff members - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenIf you are passionate about early childhood education, have strong leadership skills, and are dedicated to creating a positive learning environment for young children, we encourage you to apply for the position of Lead Teacher.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
