Kiddin Around Daycare/Preschool

We are seeking a nurturing and experienced Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children aged 6 weeks to 3 years. The ideal candidate will follow classroom schedules, implement curriculum, and maintain high standards of health and safety.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Child Care &amp; Supervision: Maintain active, &quot;eyes-on&quot; supervision at all times (name-to-face counting).</li><li>Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development.</li><li>Daily Care Routines: Perform feeding, diapering, and naptime routines with care.</li><li>Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.</li><li>Parent Communication: Build positive relationships with families, providing daily updates on child progress.</li><li>Assessment: Observe and document children&rsquo;s developmental milestones, using assessments to inform individual instruction.</li><li>Compliance: Adhere to all state licensing regulations, health protocols, and, if applicable, Head Start Performance Standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: Previous experience in an infant/toddler child care environment (minimum 6 months preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Education: Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, sit on the floor, and bend/stoop frequently.</li><li>Certifications: Background check required (cost covered), CPR, and First Aid certification required</li><li>Availability: Must have afternoon availaility</li></ul>Why Join Us?
