We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and excellent customer service to patients in a medical office setting.Responsibilities:- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments- Maintain patient records and update patient information in electronic medical systems- Assist with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed- Follow office protocols and procedures to ensure smooth operations- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient servicePay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hourWork Location: In person
