We are committed to supporting your professional journey and providing a dynamic setting where your skills can truly shine.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive curricula tailored to the developmental needs of children, including literacy education, math, physical education, and early childhood education principles.</li><li>Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that promote active learning and critical thinking.</li><li>Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure safety, discipline, and positive behavior management.</li><li>Utilize classroom management techniques to foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning for all students.</li><li>Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention support.</li><li>Conduct assessments using standardized testing and other evaluation tools to monitor student progress and inform instruction.</li><li>Incorporate Montessori or other specialized educational philosophies where appropriate to enhance learning experiences.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support each child's welfare and development goals.</li><li>Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom experience, and childcare best practices.</li><li>Support extracurricular activities such as tutoring or physical education classes that contribute to child development.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavioral reports in compliance with school policies.</li><li>Promote child welfare by creating a safe, nurturing environment that encourages social-emotional growth and respect for diversity.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in educational settings such as daycare, preschool, private schools, or similar environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices including early intervention strategies.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple subjects including literacy, math, physical education, and special education needs.</li><li>Experience managing classrooms effectively through behavior management techniques and classroom management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools for evaluating student achievement.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, colleagues, and students alike.</li><li>Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners including toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs.</li><li>Passion for fostering a positive learning environment that promotes child welfare and holistic growth.
