Kids &amp; Company Child Care is now hiring for full and part time positions. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all the qualifications, but have sufficient experience, talent and willingness to learn and grow. * Applicants must:<ul><li>Love working with children</li></ul><ul><li>Be dependable and flexible</li></ul><ul><li>A team player</li></ul><ul><li>Able to maintain a professional work ethic</li></ul><ul><li>Be kind and compassionate</li></ul><ul><li>Willing to engage in active play with children. Enhance children&rsquo;s play with language, materials and activities, engaging in conversation to expand their learning and extend their thinking</li></ul><ul><li>Able to get on the floor with the children</li></ul><ul><li>Greet child and parents with a smile</li></ul><ul><li>Able to serve lunch and snacks</li></ul><ul><li>Plan and facilitate arts and crafts &amp; daily lesson plans</li></ul><ul><li>Willing to assist children in their daily activities. (including, but not limited to diapering, feeding, wiping noses &amp; basic first aid including some TLC)</li></ul><ul><li>Interact frequently, affectionately and respectfully by smiling, touching and holding children</li></ul><ul><li>Respect and observe children&rsquo;s interests</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate directly with each child at their level</li></ul><ul><li>Encourage and model social behavior and expectations which are developmentally appropriate</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and maintain a clean, safe healthy classroom environment</li></ul>* * Qualifications for caregiver:<ul><li>Must be able to pass federal background check</li></ul><ul><li>Hold and maintain a food handlers permit</li></ul><ul><li>Engage in training classes (minimum of 20 hours per year)</li></ul><ul><li>Be CPR &amp; First aid certified</li></ul>* * Our team is dedicated, we enjoy the support, guidance and friendship of our coworkers.
