The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for teaching and working with children, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. The assistant will be responsible for assisting the lead teacher with lesson plans, classroom management, and providing individualized instruction to students. The assistant must be positive and enthusiastic about coming to work and making a change in the children's lives.
