Whether guiding early childhood learners or supporting students with special needs, your commitment will inspire growth and curiosity every day.Duties<ul><li>Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate classroom management techniques and cater to diverse learning styles</li><li>Foster a positive environment by implementing behavior management strategies and promoting social-emotional development</li><li>Supervise children and students during activities, ensuring safety through first aid readiness and adherence to health protocols</li><li>Support children with special education needs by adapting teaching methods and providing personalized assistance</li><li>Organize and lead activities such as arts, theater, sports coaching, or tutoring sessions to enhance childhood development</li><li>Maintain clear communication with parents, guardians, or caregivers about progress and behavioral updates</li><li>Implement child safety procedures, including first aid responses and emergency protocols when necessary</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in classroom management, daycare, or camp settings is highly desirable</li><li>Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages</li><li>Experience in special education or working with students with diverse needs is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage behavior effectively and create an inclusive learning environment</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR preferred; ongoing training in child safety is encouraged</li><li>Background in childcare, babysitting, tutoring, or youth programs will strengthen your application</li><li>Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children are essential</li></ul>Join us to inspire young minds while developing your career in education!
