About the Role: 
Join Kids 'R' Kids Keller as a 3 Year Old Lead Teacher, where you'll inspire and nurture young minds in a fun, engaging environment. We are dedicated to providing a safe and stimulating atmosphere that promotes learning and growth for our little learners. 
 
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm with a 1.5 hour lunch 
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster curiosity and creativity.</li>
<li>Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social interaction.</li>
<li>Maintain classroom management and work with children on self regulation and emotions</li>
<li>Conduct regular assessments to monitor children's development and progress.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and classroom activities.</li>
<li>Supervise daily activities, ensuring safety and well-being of all children.</li>
<li>Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to promote a conducive learning space.</li>
<li>Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.</li>
</ul>Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching young children.</li>
<li>Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.</li>
<li>Experience in classroom management and fostering a positive learning environment.</li>
<li>Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing demeanor to support young learners.</li>
