Job Summary:Kids Spot Nursery is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to lead the implementation of health and safety protocols, while providing pediatric nursing care within our nursery environment. Nursery Nurse

Job Summary:Kids Spot Nursery is seeking a qualified and experienced Operations Officer to take the lead on health and safety protocols while managing the day-to-day operational standards of the nursery. This is a unique dual-role position that combines operational expertise with strong leadership, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality environment for both children and staff.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management<ul><li>Oversee daily non-academic operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient functioning of the nursery.</li><li>Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with external contractors to maintain a safe and well-functioning facility.</li><li>Manage administrative systems, including filing, child registration, record-keeping, and inventory control.</li><li>Coordinate with the accounts team on petty cash, supplier payments, and operational budgets.</li><li>Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee document management, and maintaining staff records.</li><li>Provide executive support to nursery leadership&mdash;handling task tracking, scheduling, and communication flow.</li><li>Enforce nursery policies in all operational aspects and ensure consistent application.</li><li>Lead and manage special projects from planning to execution.</li><li>Collaborate with academic and admin teams to plan and execute nursery events.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (Required)</li><li>Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Experience in operational or administrative roles preferred, ideally within an educational or childcare setting.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>operation officer : 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>DHA license (Preferred)</li></ul>
