As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.</div><div><br>

<li>Answer phone calls and schedule appointments</li>
<li>Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms</li>

<li>Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude</li>
<li>Familiar with computers and scheduling software</li>
