Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Night and Weekend Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. Your energy, creativity, and commitment will directly impact children&rsquo;s early learning experiences and set the foundation for their future success.Duties<ul><li>Plan and deliver dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum development standards across early childhood education topics such as literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.</li><li>Provide attentive care to children during evening and weekend hours, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional comfort.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive behavior management techniques to foster a respectful and inclusive environment.</li><li>Support children&rsquo;s developmental milestones by implementing tailored activities that promote cognitive, social, and motor skills.</li><li>Collaborate with parents and guardians by communicating children&rsquo;s progress, behavioral observations, and any concerns in a clear and professional manner.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and assessments in accordance with childcare regulations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, health guidelines, and licensing requirements related to childcare and early intervention programs.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is essential; preschool or daycare experience is highly valued.</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, special education needs, early intervention strategies, and classroom management techniques.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curricula that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical education, and Montessori methods where applicable.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.</li><li>Familiarity with standardized testing procedures for early learners and tutoring strategies to support individual student needs.</li><li>Experience working with diverse populations including children requiring special education or early intervention services.</li><li>Ability to adapt lesson plans for toddlers or preschoolers while maintaining a nurturing environment focused on child welfare.</li><li>Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for young children in both daytime and after-hours settings.</li><li>Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
