<div>We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will help drive enrollment growth, expand 
Kidventure&rsquo;s reach, and tell our story across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role for 
someone with initiative, organization, and creative energy. You will work closely with our 
operations and sales teams, while serving as a key player in implementing Kidventure&rsquo;s 
marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in digital marketing and content creation but also curious 
about&mdash;and comfortable using&mdash;emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance 
productivity and creativity. 
Responsibilities<div><ul><li> 
Manage content creation and editorial calendars across email, social media, and web</li></ul>
platforms. 
<ul><li>Write compelling copy that reflects Kidventure&rsquo;s voice and mission.</li><li>Coordinate with outside vendors and creative agencies to deliver marketing assets on</li></ul>
time and on brand. 
<ul><li>Support and track marketing campaigns (digital ads, social media, email), analyzing</li></ul>
performance and recommending adjustments. 
<ul><li>Maintain and update website content and landing pages; assist in SEO optimization.</li><li>Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, campaign insights, and audience</li></ul>
targeting.</div><ul><li>Ensure data accuracy across platforms, including tracking and reporting through</li></ul>
UTMs and analytics. 
<ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams to design promotional materials and campaigns that</li></ul>
support sales and operations. 
<ul><li>Innovate with breakthrough messaging and approaches to support every aspect of our</li></ul>
business. 
<ul><li>Create content calendars based on our content pillars for posts that build the uniqueness</li></ul>
of our brand 
<ul><li>Stay up to date on industry trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in marketing execution (agency or client-side).</li><li>Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight</li></ul>
deadlines. 
<ul><li>Knowledge of digital marketing, including paid media, email marketing, SEO, and</li></ul>
social media. 
<ul><li>Take action with an understanding of strategy, business objectives, and what we're trying</li></ul>
to achieve. 
<ul><li>Proficiency with common tools (Google Analytics, Canva, CMS, social media</li></ul>
management, project management platforms). 
<ul><li>Familiarity with CRM tools (NetSuite experience a plus).</li><li>Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders and leading vendor relationships.</li><li>Creative thinker with a willingness to experiment and innovate.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of AI platforms for marketing, content, or analytics.</li><li>Experience with youth programs and community outreach is desirable.</li></ul></div>
