<ul><li>Be and appear presentable at all times.</li><li>Ensure to provide a memorable experience and best service to customers/visitors.</li><li>Interact and build rapport with customers those who visit the store / location.</li><li>Attend to provide solution to visitor complaints and simple problems and direct them to the senior person if needed.</li><li>Keep control of visitor attendance.</li><li>Complete the daily section checklists.</li><li>Identify failures, shortage of materials, utensils or other elements of service and report to the seniors.</li><li>Ensure the cleaning tasks are complete during operation</li><li>Provide accurate information to the customers about the various products and recharges available.</li><li>Understand the requests of the customers and guests at the event and during normal operations of the store.</li><li>Monitor the safety and cleanliness of the location / store during all the operations hours.</li><li>Reports and hands over of items any instances of lost and found items to the Team Leader or Assistant Store Manager.</li><li>Maintains safe custody of the inventory used for cleaning and maintain the location/store in a tidy manner.</li><li>Report any break-down of facilities or equipment to the management and ensure timely fixing.</li><li>Ensure periodical maintenance is carried out as per the schedule and report any deviations.</li><li>Give instructions to clients and guests about the precautionary measure to be followed during the event to avoid any accidents.</li><li>Maintain an Incident Report Log Book where all incidents are recorded.</li><li>Report all accidents/incidents properly and timely to the manager and follow-up with the injured guest.</li><li>Adjusts hours of work, priorities, and assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload within the department.</li><li>Comply with Company&rsquo;s by-laws, code of conduct and policies and procedures and amendments thereto.</li></ul>Perform any other relevant job roles and responsibilities assigned by the next in-line supervising authority or head of the department from time to time, in addition to/in substitution of the existing roles.Job Type: Full-timeLanguage:<ul><li>English, Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kuwait City (Required)</li></ul>
