We are looking for a skilled and compassionate General Dentist (BDS) with 3&ndash;4 years of clinical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling a wide range of dental procedures independently and must have excellent patient communication skills.<ul><li>Perform comprehensive dental check-ups, diagnosis, and treatment planning.</li><li>Perform routine procedures including:</li><li>Restorations (composite/amalgam)</li><li>Extractions</li><li>Root canal treatments</li><li>Scaling and polishing</li><li>Pediatric dental procedures (added advantage)</li><li>Interpret radiographs (IOPA/OPG).</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records.</li><li>Ensure high standards of infection control and sterilization.</li><li>Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care.</li><li>Coordinate with specialists when referral is required.</li><li>Contribute to clinic growth, patient satisfaction, and smooth workflow.</li><li>Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills.</li><li>Good hands-on ability in routine general dentistry.</li><li>Confident, empathetic communication with children and adults.</li><li>Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive clinic environment.</li><li>Time management and case documentation skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to modern dental techniques.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;400,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
