Join our community that prioritizes caring for children, families, and team members.We are looking for full-time teachers for our Toddler Class, who is responsible for creating and delivering engaging educational activities to students aged 12 months to 3 years, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and promoting the intellectual and social development of students. The teacher will plan, implement, and assess lessons, while also collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the community to support the daycare&rsquo;s educational objectives. Our center is operational from Monday to Friday from 6:30 am - 6:00 pm.As a Teacher, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>Curriculum Development: Create lesson plans and activities that align with the developmental needs of the class.</li><li>Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment. Manage behavior and promote positive interactions among children.</li><li>Assessment: Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing feedback to parents and adapting teaching strategies as needed.</li><li>Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians. Share information about a child's day, progress, and any concerns.</li><li>Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of the children. Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care and development topics.</li><li>Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, following established protocols and procedures.
