Program Overview:</b></p><p>
The KIELY Internship Program is seeking college students like you that would like to join us on our mission to leave things better than we found them. The program runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day with consideration on semester starting/ending dates.</p><p>
The program is intended to help college students:</p><ul>
<li>Develop work skills and knowledge</li>
<li>Be a link between a student&rsquo;s educational goals and career objectives</li>
<li>Lead to full time employment with the Kiely family of companies.</li></ul><p>
Opportunities include Engineering, Gas and Water Operations, Construction Estimating, Fleet Management and many more corporate office function opportunities. With the guidance of a mentor, you will be challenged with work assignments in your area, producing weekly progress reports and be given a chance to present to our Leadership Team at the conclusion of your internship. Competitive pay offered: $18- $20 per hour based upon prior experience.</p><p>
We have internships available in the following locations:</p><p><b>
Human Resources Intern - Tinton Falls, NJ (Onsite)</b></p><p>
Assignments will vary based upon business need and student skill set. We offer flexible schedules and competitive pay for this opportunity where you will be challenged to think strategically and enhance stakeholder value.</p><p><b>
Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul>
<li>Actively enrolled in a bachelor&rsquo;s degree program with an accredited institution (Accounting program preferred)</li>
<li>Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher</li>
<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship</li>
<li>Ability to define success and speak to how you intend to measure and achieve it</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul>
<li>Completion of freshman year by the start of internship</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership experience through previous work or campus experience</li></ul><p><b>
Position Criteria:</b></p><ul>
<li>Transportation to and from the worksite</li>
<li>A formal presentation, designed and presented by you, will occur at the conclusion of the internship. You will showcase your achievements toward the project to leaders of the organization and receive feedback on your performance</li>
<li>You must share in our belief that together, we can develop a strong shared purpose</li></ul><p><b>
Program Hours:</b></p><p>
Up to 40 hours per week &ndash; flexible schedule available as agreed upon with hiring manager</p></div>
