<div>We are looking for an experienced Ready Mix Concrete Batch Plant Operator for our location in High Hill, Mo in Montgomery County. This is a full time position with possibility of extensive overtime. 
Plant operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the plant on a daily basis. This includes batching, preventative maintenance of the plant, management of drivers and ensuring plant adheres to all regulations and permit conditions. Safety must be #1 priority. 
Responsibilities-<ul><li>
Batch concrete into ready mix trucks, ensuring quality standards are maintained.</li><li>
Manage batch plant as well as oversee ready mix drivers and haulers.</li><li>
Remain level headed during stressful situations.</li><li>
Job requires climbing, stooping, bending, squatting, stretching, driving, sitting and occasional lifting of 50+ pounds.</li><li>
Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on transit mix batch plant.</li><li>
Operate front end loader for material handling.</li><li>
Maintain adequate inventory levels for all materials.</li></ul> 
Experience-<ul><li>
Experience with Command/Alkon batching system is desired.</li><li>
Prefer at least 2 years of experience in the concrete industry.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills are required.</li><li>
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.</li><li>
Knowledge of concrete mix designs and admixtures is desired.</li><li>
Good attitude and ability to multi-task.</li><li>
Must be available, as needed, for overtime hours.</li><li>
Welding and cutting experience is a plus.</li><li>
Must have a high school diploma or GED.</li></ul></div>
