 Location
 
 
 
 This position is based out of Lone Tree CO, with the expectation of being in office.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with hiring leaders to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consult and advise managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices to shape effective hiring strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, transparency, and professionalism at every stage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate offers strategically, balancing candidate expectations with organizational goals to secure top talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive networking, referrals, and engagement with passive candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage creative sourcing strategies, including social media, niche job boards, and industry events, to attract diverse talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and report recruitment metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay ahead of talent acquisition trends, incorporating innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies into hiring practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion employer branding initiatives, ensuring the organization is positioned as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience: 3+ years in corporate or agency recruiting, ideally focused on Engineering or Construction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge: Deep understanding of the engineering and construction sector and its unique staffing challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skills: Strong communicator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tools: Comfortable with ATS systems and modern recruiting platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive: Organized, adaptable, and ready to deliver results in a collaborative team environment.

 Base Compensation: 90,000.00 - 110,000.00
 
 
 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
