Handle confidential employee and company information

Gain and maintain knowledge with state and federal employment regulations

Administer onboarding of new employees, to include internal communications, paperwork preparation and completion, online data submissions, orientation, connectivity, drug tests, and badge issuance</li><li>
Coordinate with manager and security during onboarding, notify appropriate departments, meet with employee, etc.
</li><li>Administer employee recognition program
</li><li>Order necessary supplies for new hires and quarterly awards</li><li>
Track and maintain invoices and a spreadsheet of monthly charges against department credit card</li><li>
Assist with charitable program administration</li><li>

Requirements 
Qualifications
Education/Training (both required and desired):
<ul><li>High School diploma required</li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Communications, or other relevant focus area preferred 
<li>
</li></ul>Experience:
<ul><li>0+ years of experience required</li><li>
1+ year experience preferred</li><li>
Time management skills &ndash; able to manage time and multiple task balancing</li><li>
Computer proficiency and aptitude is important in this position</li><li>
Familiarity with software systems, such as Paycom and BambooHR, preferred</li></ul>
Security:<ul><li>
Must be a US citizen</li><li>
Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms</li><li>
Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk</li><li>
Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)</li><li>
Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time</li></ul>

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $37,000 - 49,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.</div>

Human Resources Clerk

<div><ul><li>Learn and manage a mid-level program or multiple smaller programs, with occasional assistance</li><li>
Learn to develop and implement program plans, budgeting positions, schedules, and execution strategy</li><li>
Perform specific, routine program or technical tasks within defined scope of management responsibility</li><li>
Perform program/technical management for assigned system(s)</li><li>
Grow competency in the acquisition process; learn to interpret and apply acquisition policy</li><li>
Apply and correlate knowledge across disciplines (engineering, logistics, financial management, contracting, and configuration management) to achieve program execution in accordance with assigned cost, schedule &amp; performance requirements</li><li>
Logically and systematically convert customer or product/technical requirements into solutions that recognize technical, schedule, and cost constraints; identify associated risks and manage mitigation plans</li><li>
Provide higher management with status and decision information on program issues</li><li>
Ensure contractual needs/concerns are addressed</li><li>
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all reports/deliverables</li><li>
Participate in company program reviews</li><li>
Communicate cost, schedule, and performance with management</li><li>

Requirements
