 Complete daily Gemba walks to get a physical understanding of the interface with SCM

 Oversee daily work of Warehouse Operations, Material Planners, Production Planners and Buyers
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with cross functional leadership in Program Management and Operations for daily tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the formalized build out of a Supply Chain Management division in a company that has not historically had one
 </li>
 <li>
 Build out of formal SCM team in Warner Robins, Georgia and coordinate the integration of Utah and Georgia Supply Chain operations to set a corporate Supply Chain standard
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle personnel problems as they arise
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold and cultivate team culture, including strong accountability while maintaining morale and an autonomous workforce Demonstrate a deep understanding of Supply Chain theories and principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Education/Training (both required and desired):
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree in management or other relevant discipline required
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional experience may be substituted for an advanced degree
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience leading a diverse team of professionals
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced and knowledgeable in Logistics, Import/Export, Warehouse operations, inventory management, material/production planning and strategic/tactical purchasing
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Microsoft tools (Power Automate, Power BI)
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft Office fluency
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical writing experience or knowledge is a plus
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Security:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must be a US citizen
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Physical Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Able to assess, install, and modify equipment, and inspect machinery
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, grasp and reach with hands and arms, handle and operate hand/power tools and machine controls
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements
 </li>
 <li>
 Prolonged periods of standing while operating machinery
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear (e.g., eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, etc.) for the assigned task
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time
