Your Role at KIK</b></div><p>
Join our team as a <b>2</b><b>nd</b><b> shift Machine Operator (Monday-Friday with OT as needed 3:00pm-1:30am)</b>, where you&rsquo;ll play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment. You&rsquo;ll be a key contributor to the success of our plant. Bring your expertise to a dynamic environment that values efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.</p><div><br>
</div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing</b></div><ul><li>
Operate various high speed liquid filling machinery including but not limited to fillers, labelers, cappers, palletizers, depalletizes case erectors, and heat induction sealers case erectors, etc.</li><li>
Examine and act on production orders to determine quantities to be manufactured, job specifications and or special instructions.</li><li>
Maintain time and production records.</li><li>
Maintain quality standards.</li><li>
Conduct basic troubleshooting on the assigned equipment and perform minor equipment adjustments and changeovers.</li><li>
Follow Safety /GMP guidelines.</li><li><p>
Comply with PPE, Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Standards, and follow all plant policies and procedures.</p></li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring</b></div><ul><li>
1-2 years&rsquo; experience as a Machine operator in the packaging industry.</li><li>
Production knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for effective manufacturing preferred.</li><li>
Must be able to verbally communicate, read and write in English.</li><li>
Basic mathematics skills required.</li><li>
Must be able to take direction and work unsupervised.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of <b>$20.60/hr. This role includes a $1.00 shift differential. </b>The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
