 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success managing large-scale operations, high-value programs, or multi-site teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of
 
 Lean / Six Sigma
 
 , operational excellence, and modern manufacturing systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, financial, and executive presence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Current or prior DoD, ITAR, or security clearance eligibility a plus.
 </li>
