20 hours per weekWe are looking for a part time Email Marketing &amp; Digital Creative Specialist to support and expand the marketing capabilities of our consumer brands, including kitchenware and Bluetooth speakers. This role will focus on building high quality email and SMS marketing campaigns, creating supporting digital assets, and helping execute our marketing calendar with consistency and creativity.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and manage email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Postscript, following current best practices to grow subscribers and sales and optimize deliverability.</li><li>Design clean, professional, conversion oriented emails with strong visuals and effective messaging.</li><li>Create digital assets for social media ads, website, and promotional campaigns</li><li>Use AI image generation and creative tools to efficiently develop image and video content</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team on campaign themes, messaging, and execution</li><li>Support ongoing optimization of flows, segmentation,, A/B testing, and performance improvement</li><li>Collaborate on developing a repeatable, scalable marketing process and best practices</li><li>Participate in team calls, respond to emails and messages during overlapping hours (US Pacific time zone), and manage projects responsibly and independently.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience with Klaviyo email and Postscript SMS marketing: messaging, design, and technical management to optimize deliverability</li><li>Strong design instincts and ability to produce professional digital assets</li><li>Experience with AI creative tools required (ChatGPT, Nanobanana, or others)</li><li>Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools</li><li>Shopify experience strongly preferred</li><li>Ability to turn marketing concepts into clean, persuasive visual and written content</li><li>Highly organized, self managed, and able to consistently meet deadlines</li><li>Preference for those located in US.</li><li>Experience working with consumer housewares or audio products a plus</li></ul>Please provide links to samples of previous work (Email campaigns and graphics)Qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews week of Dec 9.What We Offer<ul><li>Remote, flexible role with consistent hours</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a full time position as responsibilities expand</li><li>Collaborative environment with room for creativity and new ideas</li><li>Initial compensation targeted around $40,000 annually at 20 hours per week equivalent</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: Up to $40,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 20 per weekExperience:<ul><li>creating and managing email marketing campaigns: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>creating graphics with Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>AI (research, creating images, copy): 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
