We&rsquo;re proud of our history of growth and our commitment to creating a workplace where you can build a career and grow with us.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist Service Advisors with preparing accurate repair estimates</li><li>Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors</li><li>Meet and maintain profit margin goals</li><li>Order, receive, and distribute parts efficiently</li><li>Ensure Technicians have the parts needed to complete jobs on time</li><li>Manage returns, cores, and credits accurately</li><li>Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts inventory</li><li>Answer customer questions and schedule appointments as needed</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in an automotive parts or service role</li><li>Strong knowledge of automotive part terminology</li><li>Excellent computer and organizational skills</li><li>Clear, professional communication with customers and team members</li><li>A positive attitude and passion for teamwork and customer care</li></ul>If you take pride in keeping things running smoothly, enjoy working in a collaborative, family-oriented environment, and have a genuine commitment to great service, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!Job Type: Full-timePay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
