The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent communication skills, excellent writing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns via our CRM platform to support business objectives and goals, including content creation, scheduling, and optimization.</li><li>Create and manage email and SMS marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.</li><li>Implement customer journey initiatives, including welcome emails and lead nurturing workflows, to enhance engagement and conversion rates.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build email templates and SMS text verbiage that are on-brand and visually appealing.</li><li>Utilize email marketing tools such as Never Bounce, Zoom Info, Mailchimp, Sales Message, and HubSpot to streamline campaign management and improve deliverability.</li><li>Manage subscriber lists and segmentations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.</li><li>Analyze and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.</li><li>Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.</li><li>Manage relationships with email and SMS service providers and other vendors.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with email and SMS marketing software and technologies, making recommendations for adoption or upgrades.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate email and SMS marketing with other marketing channels and initiatives.</li><li>Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to key stakeholders (i.e., Senior management team, sales, etc.), and provide instructions for use or promotion.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li><li>1-3 years of digital / email marketing experience.</li><li>Proficient in email automation platforms e.g Mailchimp, Hubspot.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing and optimization.</li><li>Familiar with email best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics and/or CRM reporting.</li><li>Ability to execute email campaigns from start to finish.</li><li>Excellent project management skills.</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.</li><li>Experience with HTML and CSS for email templates.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>Additional Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of the digital media landscape and strong organizational skills to manage various platforms and partners across multiple brands</li><li>Ability &amp; desire to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, agile, team environment</li><li>Ability to analyze data &amp; information and synthesize it into actionable insights that will drive strategy</li><li>Capability to manage multiple brands Independent, self-starter who is curious and comfortable asking questions</li><li>Comfortable working within tight deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues</li><li>Excellent communication skills: verbal, writing and proper email etiquette</li><li>Exceptional organization and time management skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with budget restrictions, invoices and creative deadlines Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find solutions</li><li>Must be hardworking and can take direction</li><li>Resourceful team player with the ability to dive in head-first to do whatever is needed to get results</li></ul>EOEJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
