At our growing marketing agency and startup, we're on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who also has a flair for video editing, a basic pulse on marketing, and an understanding of what works on social media.If you&rsquo;re a creative thinker who can juggle pixels and playbacks, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Create stunning visuals &mdash; from social media posts and digital ads to brand identities, pitch decks, and print material.</li><li>Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, and animations that boost engagement across digital platforms.</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketers, copywriters, and content creators to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns.</li><li>Understand and apply design best practices for various platforms &mdash; especially Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta ads.</li><li>Help shape visual direction for brands across industries &mdash; from startups to legacy businesses.</li><li>Juggle multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, always-evolving environment.</li><li>Contribute fresh ideas to content planning, campaign concepts, and creative brainstorming sessions.</li></ul>We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience in graphic design with a strong visual portfolio (agency, freelance, or startup experience is a bonus).</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite &mdash; especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
