The Psychiatry and Holistic Health Center is a growing mental health practice in Norwell, MA. We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Front Desk/Intake Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and support the day-to-day operations of our clinic.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner</li><li>Verify insurance coverage and collect copayments</li><li>Complete new intake protocols</li><li>Answer phones, check voicemails, and respond to emails promptly</li><li>Schedule and confirm appointments; manage provider calendars</li><li>Manage new patient intake forms and update patient records in the EHR system (TherapyNotes)</li><li>Submit and follow up on prior authorizations</li><li>Send appointment reminders and ensure pre-visit paperwork is complete</li><li>Handle faxing, scanning, and document management</li><li>Maintain office supplies; assist with light errands or lunch coordination</li><li>Provide administrative support to clinicians and the Operations Manager</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of medical office experience in a healthcare (required) or mental health setting (preferred)</li><li>Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (TherapyNotes preferred)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming, professional demeanor</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Highly organized, dependable, and self-directed</li><li>Seeking a long-term role with a growing practice</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Terms<ul><li>$20-$24/hour, depending on experience</li><li>Paid biweekly</li><li>1099 Independent Contractor position</li><li>This position does not include medical or dental benefits</li><li>Eligible for 2 weeks paid vacation after 6 months of continuous service</li></ul>To Apply: Please submit a word formatted resume.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
