<div>We are an established law firm with offices across California. We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced Business Real Estate team in our San Diego office. The ideal candidate will have both estate planning and litigation experience with a strong client service skillset and is willing to expand their expertise into additional practice areas beyond estate planning.

Compensation: $150k-$225k/annually + Bonus
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide personalized legal representation to clients, assessing the unique needs and issues of each clients and drafting customized documents for them</li><li>
Respond to client concerns to increase and retain business</li><li>
Participate in industry organizations and affiliated committees in order to increase firm&rsquo;s visibility in the community and within the industry</li><li>
Represent the firm internally and externally</li><li>
Other duties as needed to support the legal and management goals of the department</li></ul>
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:<ul><li>
J.D. and an active California Bar license</li><li>
5+ years&rsquo; experience as a licensed California attorney
</li><li>Significant Estate planning experience required</li><li>
Strong legal research and writing skills with great attention to detail
</li><li>Ability to manage a heavy caseload
</li><li>Ability to multi-task and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently</li><li>
Must be a self-starter and comfortable appearing before the Court</li><li>
Organized and able to communicate respectfully with others
</li><li>Willing to present seminars and webinars
</li></ul>The following qualifications are preferred:<ul><li>
State Bar Estate Planning, Trust &amp; Probate Law certification</li><li>
Litigation experience
</li><li>Partial book of business a plus</li></ul>
Schedule:
Position is full-time, exempt. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.
We currently offer a hybrid/in-office/remote work model for select positions within the Firm. New hire employees who are offered a hybrid schedule will complete the majority of their onboarding and training in-office as deemed necessary for the position by the firm before transitioning to a hybrid/remote schedule, subject to approval by their supervisor.

Ability to handle complex matters on one&rsquo;s own and/or as a lead attorney with little supervision</li><li>
Ability to develop executive level client confidence to retain current firm clients</li><li>
Ability to contribute to a positive and respectful working environment</li><li>
Represent the firm internally and externally</li><li>
Other duties as needed to support the legal and management goals of the department</li></ul>
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
<ul><li>J.D. and an active California Bar license</li><li>
5-7+ years of experience as a licensed California attorney</li><li>
Previous litigation experience required; trial experience preferred</li><li>
Ability to communicate regularly with clients on a range of practice group topics</li><li>
Ability to multi-task and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently</li></ul>
The following qualifications are preferred:
<ul><li>Previous experience in landlord-tenant matters</li><li>
Previous experience with real estate law
