Kimberton Whole Foods in Wyomissing is hiring for a part-time Perishable Team Member!
Requirements: Part-time, up to 24 hours per week. One weekend shift is required per week.
Schedule: Thursday and Friday morning shifts and one weekend shift. Shifts are within a 7am-6:30pm
Age Requirement: Must be 16 years or older.
Starting Hourly Pay: $15.00 - $18.00
Benefits: Part-time team members are eligible for a 15% store discount after 60 days and a 401K with matching 3% after one year and 1000 hours worked.
The Perishable Team Member&rsquo;s Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide exceptional customer service to all.</li><li>
Receiving and stocking all incoming refrigerated and frozen items including fresh meat and fish, local eggs and dairy, bakery, and specialty products.</li><li>
Stocks and handles product following guidelines for time and temperature demands.</li><li>
Rotating back stock on a first-in first-out basis.</li><li>
Working in collaboration with the Department Manager to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage</li><li>
Follows the established KWF procedures for maintaining abundant, dynamic, and fresh displays</li><li>
Understands KWF inventory management practices.</li><li>
Assist in other areas of the store as needed.</li></ul>

Physical Capabilities:<ul><li>
Full sense range (vision, hearing, and sense of smell) &ndash; the ability to read product labels, distinguish color &amp; smell for quality control as well as the ability to communicate with the customers and co-workers.</li><li>
Lifting, gripping, and carrying objects &ndash; up to 50-75 pounds frequently, including boxes, cans, tools and other products.</li><li>
Stooping, squatting, &amp; kneeling &ndash; stoop and maneuver to pick up boxes from shelving and carts.</li><li>
Walking &ndash; short distances to bring items from miscellaneous areas.</li><li>
Standing- prolonged standing.</li><li>
Work environment &ndash; movement based with the majority of time being in motion (walking &amp; standing) rather that sedentary (sitting).</li><li>
