&middot; Planning menu for general diet and reviewing it.&middot; Collaborating in purchase of food supplies and kitchen equipment&middot; Check diet order sheet with the diet supply sheet&middot; Check case sheet for doctors orders and patient reports&middot; Conduct In- patient rounds&middot; Ensure all the patients have been visited by dieticians&middot; Planning day to day special diets, gastric gavages and for new admissions&middot; Copy of diet plan to be kept in the case sheet&middot; Assessing and planning tube feeding and Parenteral Nutrition for critical care patients at regular intervals&middot; Submit the completed diet order sheet to the kitchen supervisor&middot; Supervising preparation and packing of foods&middot; Ensure that meals are promptly served&middot; Evaluate the diet before serving and give feedback&middot; Inspect food before serving and ensure correct amount, temperature and consistency&middot; Directing and guiding all employees of F&amp; B department&middot; Discharge advice for In patients&middot; Maintain good patient - dietician relationship&middot; Follow infection control protocol:o Ensure personal hygieneo Proper storage of foodo Routine medical check up of kitchen personnelo Immunization&middot; Counselling of OP patients&middot; Prepare written nutrition education materials.&middot; Keep abreast of relevant nutrition research changes, changes in delivery of nutrition services etc.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>minimum: 10 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
