Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare to children in the nursery, ensuring their safety and well-being. This role involves maintaining a healthy environment, delivering first aid, monitoring health conditions, and keeping accurate records. Candidates must hold a valid DHA license, have a background in nursing, and experience in paediatric or school settings.Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Nursing (required).</li><li>License/Certification: Valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse (required).</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years working with children between the ages of 0 to 6 years old is preferred in a school, nursery, or paediatric setting.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (fluent proficiency required)</li><li>Additional Skills: Knowledge of DHA regulations, Health and Safety policies, and First Aid/CPR certification.(required)</li><li>Fire Safety training would be an added advantage.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive care for students, including health checks, first aid, and emergency responses.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date immunization records and ensure compliance with health regulations.</li><li>Actively participate in and implement nursery safety and preventative health measures.</li><li>Conduct health assessments, manage chronic conditions, and administer medications as needed.</li><li>Keep accurate and confidential health records for all students.</li><li>Ensure a safe, clean nursery environment conducive to children's well-being.</li><li>Collaborate with parents, staff, and healthcare providers to address health concerns.</li><li>Educate the nursery community on topics like hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.</li><li>Maintain and manage clinical equipment, medications, and supplies.</li><li>Record and report injuries or suspicions of harm following Child Protection guidelines.</li><li>Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.</li><li>Engage in nursery activities, emergency drills, and professional training.</li><li>Uphold UAE cultural values and maintain professional standards in all interactions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai International City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>The salary for this role is fixed within the range of 3,500 to 4,500 per month, based on your experience, qualifications, and performance during the interview.
