Our medical and surgical practice is looking for a reliable, professional and self-motivated administrator who has a passion for building and maintaining positive patient relationships with new and existing patients. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with the office team and shares our commitment for patient care. We are looking for someone with prior front office and patient care experience that would enjoy being an asset to our amazing team!Skills and Responsibilities:&middot; Oversee practice systems, processes and manage incoming patient inquiries, check-in patients, check-out patients, ensure co-pays and outstanding balances are collected at time of services.&middot; Responding to phone inquiries, scheduling, and routing messages appropriately.&middot; Maintain a positive attitude and warm personality to ensure practice standards for excellent customer service and practice efficiency.&middot; Provide support and achieve business goals, revenue, and profitability objectives through a respectful, forward thinking, and motivational style.&middot; Present financing options to patients as needed&middot; Ensures schedule is optimized for productivityRequired Qualifications:&middot; Experience with EMR/PM software&middot; Experience answering phones professionally and booking patient appointments&middot; Must be familiar with Health Insurance in addition to obtaining insurance estimates and patient insurance verifications&middot; Must be well-organized, professional and proficient in medical practice office management&middot; Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)&middot; Must be able to build relationships with clinical providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and responding to patient, clinical, and operational concerns timely and effectivelyMust have experience working with medical insurance.Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Greenwood Village, CO 80111 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
