Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products and services at competitive prices, negotiating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery to meet operational needs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.</li><li>Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store or warehouse team to avoid shortages or overstock.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.</li><li>Track orders and ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.</li><li>Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and pricing opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications.</li><li>Resolve any supply issues or discrepancies in collaboration with vendors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role (3+ years preferred).</li><li>Solid knowledge of supply chain procedures and procurement practices.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or procurement software is an advantage.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and analytical thinking.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;21,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
