As a Rail Supply Chain Analyst, you will communicate with multiple Rail sections, including Sound Transit and King County Transit at all levels. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovation, help improve current inventory management and develop new inventory and purchasing processes and strategies to fulfill various supply chain and inventory objectives. About Metro Transit's Expanding Rail Division</b></p><p>
King County Metro Transit's Rail Division manages and maintains Sound Transit's Link light rail service and City of Seattle&rsquo;s streetcar system. Link light rail currently spans a 33-mile route from SeaTac to Lynnwood and a 6.6-mile route from Redmond to South Bellevue. By the end of 2026, light rail is projected to expand to nearly 60 route miles, adding seven new stations. Additional expansions to the Link system will be coming online for years to come.</p><p>
Seattle Streetcar includes the 1.3 mile South Lake Union line and the 2.5 mile First Hill line, proudly serving the diverse and vibrant communities around Seattle&rsquo;s downtown core. <div><p><b>The initial assignment (rotation) for these positions will be at the Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent. Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys (DPAs) cover work at courthouses in Seattle, Kent and Redmond. All deputies are expected to be able to work at any of those locations.

Attorneys hired into these roles are primarily assigned to work in our District Court Unit handling gross misdemeanor cases. As a new deputy, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills as a trial lawyer, negotiator, and to internalize the mission of our office, which is not just to win cases, but to serve the cause of justice. We are an office that relies on data to enhance and measure performance, allocate resources where they are most needed, and identify opportunities and challenges, while implementing efficiencies. You will have a large and meaningful caseload, exercise your best judgment and discretion, and join a community of Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys and Legal Service Professionals committed to integrity, excellence, and mutual support.<br>
