What You'll Do</h2><ul><li>
Manage the full commercial sales cycle - inspections, estimates, proposals, and closing.</li><li>
Respond to inbound leads and actively generate new business through networking and outreach.</li><li>
Partner with property managers, general contractors, and building owners to develop long-term accounts.</li><li>
Conduct on-site evaluations (core cuts, roof inspections, pull tests) with attention to detail and professionalism.</li><li>
Collaborate with production and project management teams to ensure accurate scopes and excellent customer experience.</li><li>
Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up consistently, and manage your pipeline with accountability.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Bring</h2><ul><li>
1+ year of commercial roofing sales or relevant construction/B2B sales experience.</li><li>
Working knowledge of low-slope systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, coatings, etc.</li><li>
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.</li><li>
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented attitude.</li><li>
Valid driver's license and ability to perform roof inspections.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
CompensationBenefits</h2><ul><li>
Base Salary: $60K-$70K (based on experience)</li><li>
Commission: Up to 5% - realistic earnings of $100K+ in year one</li><li>
