Overview Kingfisher Supper Club is a new restaurant located in downtown Durand. We are looking for a bartender to make a blend of classic cocktails as well as meet our customer's requests (when possible), pour wine, beer and serve food at the bar area. Must have some experience tending bar. Must be reliable. Looking to fill two shifts a week that will rotate.You will keep your tips plus be paid an hourly wage. You are entitled to a &quot;shifty&quot; at the end of your shift (any drink of your choice). You will get 50% food when you work and 25% off when you are not working.Week 1 : Thursday and Friday 4pm- close (we close at 9pm).Week 2: Saturday and Sunday 4pm-close.Schedule rotates between Week 1 and Week 2 so you always know when you work!Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision. Adhering to recipes and presentation standards.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously</li><li>Manage POS systems for accurate order entry and cash handling</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change</li><li>Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow</li><li>Support food service operations by serving food when required at the bar.</li><li>Appropriately ID customers as to not serve those under the legal drinking age.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience working as a bartender is highly preferred</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in busy environments while maintaining high-quality customer service</li><li>Experience with food safety protocols, food handling, and proper beverage serving techniques</li><li>Familiarity with retail math for cash handling and sales transactions</li><li>Proven skills in serving diverse clientele within the food industry or hospitality sector</li></ul>Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
