 King&rsquo;s School The Crown is built in extensive grounds offering world-class educational and sporting facilities, enabling students to pursue a diverse range of interests. Our purpose-Built Campus of over 40,000m2 located in the heart of Cairo's most prestigious gated community, The Crown, 6th October city. This school is the first in the region to cater to students from 3 months up to 18 years with state-of-the-art facilities, including: a full football field, 400m athletic track , 25m 8 lane covered swimming pool with learner pool, indoor multi-purpose sports hall, outdoor multipurpose courts and a 522 seat Performing Arts theatre.
 
 
 King&rsquo;s School The Crown is delighted to be a part of the British Council schools partnership, working with Cambridge to deliver the UK national curriculum through to IGCSE. The process involved multiple inspections to ensure our new school met the highest standards, from the Egyptian Ministry of Education, Cambridge and the British Council. King&rsquo;s School passed with flying colours!
 
 
 Reporting into the Executive Head, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the Executive Head to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. The role involves managing the Executive Head&rsquo;s diary, coordinating meetings and communications, preparing reports and correspondence, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Executive Head, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and maintain diaries, appointments, and meetings, including school tours, parent meetings, and events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and external stakeholders, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with various departments (HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Maintenance, Admissions) to facilitate efficient school operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain effective office systems, including data management, filing, and communication tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the planning and organization of school events and activities, ensuring proper logistical arrangements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and leadership in line with school policies and safeguarding standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Executive Head with strategic initiatives and development plans for the Senior School.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in a relevant field, such as (Business Administration, Education, Management Communications, or Public Relations Office Management)
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional Qualifications (optional but beneficial):
 </li>
 <li>
 Diploma or Certification in Executive Assistant, Office Management, or a similar field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Courses or training in international education, school administration, or cross-cultural communication (ideal for an international school setting).
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in administrative or executive assistant roles, particularly in educational or international settings, is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English (spoken and written) is typically required, especially for international school environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 An understanding of the UK educational system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sufficient numeracy to deal with statistical data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

 Reporting into the Head of Pre-Prep, we are seeking an outstanding, committed, and energetic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join King&rsquo;s School The Crown and support the 3&ndash;4 age group. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young children and be dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. The role requires a strong team player who is eager to contribute to the culture of excellence across the Pre-Prep.
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Assist children with early learning through play-based activities, helping them build independence, social skills, and positive behaviour.

 Support the class teacher in delivering lessons, preparing resources, and adapting activities to meet children&rsquo;s needs.

 Supervise children during class, play, snack, lunch, and transitions, ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help set up and maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment, including displays of children&rsquo;s work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate respectfully with parents (through the teacher), follow safeguarding policies, and cover duties as assigned
 </li>

 Support personal care routines and ensure children&rsquo;s safety and wellbeing.
 </li>

 Take part in training to improve skills and apply learning to support pupils effectively.
