The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting basic maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting under supervision to ensure smooth operations of production equipment and facilities. This role starts at $27.00 per hour.

Essential Duties

Essential duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Conducts routine maintenance checks and assists with preventative maintenance on insulation production equipment. 
2. Performs basic repairs under supervision (e.g., replace belts, fuses, or bearings). 
3. Assists in equipment inspections, including RTO systems, chillers, and basic HVAC components. 
4. Completes work orders and logs maintenance activities accurately using CMMS systems. 
5. Monitors performance of machinery, reporting abnormalities or potential issues to senior team members. 
6. Assists with maintenance of tools and parts inventory. 
7. Maintains cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas. 
8. Operates forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently. 
9. Follows all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out protocols and PPE compliance.

<ul><li>Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.</li></ul>

<div>Education and Experience 
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>2+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance roles required.</li><li>Boiler License preferred.</li></ul></div><div>
