Guest Barista Lecturer / Coffee Educator (Part-time / Contract / Guest Speaker)About the Opportunity We&rsquo;re looking for an outstanding, passionate barista/coffee professional who loves to teach and inspire others!We regularly host workshops, masterclasses, team trainings, pop-up experiences and coffee education events &mdash; and we want someone special to be the face and energy of many of these sessions.What you&rsquo;ll be doing<ul><li>Lead fun, engaging and high-energy barista workshops (beginner &rarr; advanced)</li><li>Demonstrate professional espresso-making, milk texturing, latte art techniques</li><li>Teach coffee theory in a clear, enjoyable way (origin, roasting, extraction, sensory evaluation&hellip;)</li><li>Create memorable experiences for participants (corporate teams, coffee lovers, hospitality staff, students&hellip;)</li><li>Interact with the audience, answer questions, give feedback on pours &amp; latte art</li><li>Sometimes help with mise-en-place / setup and light clean-up after the session</li><li>Represent our brand with warmth, professionalism and real passion for coffee</li></ul>We would love to hear from you if you have<ul><li>Strong real-world experience working as a barista (minimum 2&ndash;3 years behind a serious bar)</li><li>Very good to excellent latte art skills (able to confidently teach hearts, rosettas, tulips + more advanced patterns)</li><li>Clear, confident and friendly speaking/teaching style</li><li>Comfortable speaking in front of groups (10&ndash;40 people most of the time)</li><li>Genuine passion for specialty coffee and for sharing that passion with others</li><li>Nice-to-have but very welcome:</li><li>Previous teaching, training or demo experience</li><li>SCA certification (Introduction to Coffee / Barista Skills / Brewing / Sensory &hellip;)</li><li>Good camera presence (we sometimes film short clips of classes)</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Very competitive pay per workshop</li><li>All materials, coffee, milk, cups etc. provided</li><li>Freedom to bring your own personality and teaching style</li><li>Opportunity to work with different types of audiences (corporate, public, students, professionals)</li><li>Chance to build long-term regular collaboration if the chemistry is good</li><li>Super fun &amp; creative work environment</li></ul>How to apply Just send us your cv to md@kingstonqa.comJob Type: Part-timeWork Location: In person
