Internship RoleProject and Technical Services InternKingswood Technical ServicesPosition OverviewKingswood Technical Services is offering an internship opportunity for a driven and motivated individual seeking practical work experience within a growing technical services company. The intern will gain exposure across multiple areas including design, site coordination, project management, operations, and partner level support.The successful candidate will contribute meaningfully to live projects while developing a well rounded understanding of how projects are delivered from concept through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Support Across Departments* Assist project managers, designers, and technical teams with day to day project requirements* Support preparation of drawings, presentations, reports, and technical documentation where required* Contribute to research on materials, suppliers, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements* Assist with organizing project schedules, tracking deliverables, and maintaining documentationPartner and Leadership Support* Provide direct support to company partners in administrative, project, and coordination tasks* Assist in preparing meeting materials, client presentations, and internal reports* Attend internal meetings and document key action points* Support business development initiatives and proposal preparation when requiredSite and Coordination Exposure* Attend site visits to observe and support coordination between office and site teams* Assist in ensuring that project scope, drawings, and specifications are being followed* Support communication between site supervisors, contractors, and internal teams* Help monitor quality standards and report observations to senior team membersOperational and Administrative Contribution* Support procurement tracking, supplier coordination, and documentation management* Assist with organizing company resources, samples, and internal systems* Contribute to process improvements and general operational tasks* Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the company&rsquo;s growthLearning and DevelopmentThis internship is designed to provide hands on experience across all functions of a technical services company. The intern will work closely with partners and team members from different disciplines, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of the business.The role requires a proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
