Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design Execution: Create detailed architectural, structural, or mechanical drawings from preliminary sketches and concepts.</li><li>Software Drafting: Operate industry-standard software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.</li><li>Compliance Check: Verify that all specifications meet safety regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.</li><li>Collaboration: Partner with project managers, engineers, and clients to integrate design revisions and feedback.</li><li>Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation packages, bill of materials (BOM), and material estimates.</li></ul>Essential Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Technical Proficiency: High-level expertise in CAD systems and familiarity with three-dimensional (3D) modeling and Building Information Modeling (BIM).</li><li>Attention to Detail: High accuracy in calculating dimensions, angles, weights, and costs.</li><li>Education: A diploma or associate degree in drafting, engineering design, or a related field.</li><li>Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate design discussions and implement changes efficiently.</li></ul>Pay: From AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
