This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape brand narratives, foster community engagement, and contribute to innovative marketing campaigns that resonate globally.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute compelling influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals across multiple social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.</li><li>Create engaging, high-quality content including videos, photos, blogs, and live streams that authentically showcase our products or services.</li><li>Collaborate with other influencers, content creators, and brand partners to expand reach and foster mutually beneficial relationships.</li><li>Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience preferences to optimize content performance and engagement.</li><li>Manage influencer partnerships from outreach to contract negotiation, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and report on ROI.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices in content creation to enhance visibility across search engines and social platforms.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing team to integrate influencer campaigns into broader multichannel marketing initiatives including email marketing, print advertising, and e-commerce promotions.</li><li>Stay informed about industry developments such as advertising sales strategies, performance marketing techniques, B2B marketing approaches, and product management insights.</li><li>Assist in managing budgets for influencer collaborations while maintaining transparency and accountability throughout campaigns.</li><li>Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite for content editing or enhancement when necessary to ensure professional quality standards are met.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media marketing or influencer outreach with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.</li><li>Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.</li><li>Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook Advertising (Meta Ads), TikTok Ads, Instagram Promotions, YouTube Advertising &amp; Google AdWords.</li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) for content creation or editing purposes.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML basics and WordPress for content management is a plus.</li><li>Strong research skills to identify trending topics, emerging influencers, and new platform features that can benefit campaigns.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.</li><li>Experience in e-commerce environments or print advertising campaigns is advantageous.</li><li>Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate partnerships effectively while maintaining positive relationships.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints while meeting deadlines.
