JOB DESCRIPTION :Key purpose: To find positive customer in desired Market &amp; generate new clients so as to make top leader in construction Hardware Industry.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-EXTERNAL WORK :- -<ul><li>Target clients : Architects, Builders, and Developers, project Management Consultants (PMC) Contractors, Consultants.</li><li>Searching on internet and making Cold calls for client Appointment.</li><li>Meeting purchase manager, Technical Design-Head Or Director etc.. to get information about on-Going projects. And also to give presentations to clients .</li><li>Seeking the scope of the business in that project with regards to glass, Aluminum, UPVC, steel &amp; Wood.</li><li>Providing Necessary technical support &amp; Quotations to Clients.</li><li>Negotiating with clients on prices and getting orders, then placing order from Head Quarter as Well as warehouse.</li><li>Order follow up &amp; Payments.</li><li>INTERNAL WORK :- - Preparing quotations, getting design made through our designers as per the customer satisfaction.</li><li>- Coordinating with overseas staff for order process.</li></ul>QUALIFICATION REQUIRED : &ndash; B.Tech Mech./CivilSALARY &amp; INCENTIVE: Pay Package &ndash; 3.0 Lakh to 3.50 Lakh Per annum Performance Allowance &ndash; Yes (Exclude from Package)Sales Incentives &ndash; Yes (Exclude from Package) )Transportation Expense &ndash; Yes (Exclude from Package)Work Location:- ChandigarhCandidate Prefer Location:- ChandigarhJoining &ndash; ImmediateJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;23,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
