Responsibilities:
<div><b>
Job Duties:</b></div><ul><li>
Accurately scan and ring out all customer purchases using POS register including cash, check and charge transactions</li><li>
Accurately provide change to customers</li><li>
Follow proper procedure for closing out of register at end of shift
</li><li>Request additional help as needed to maintain appropriate customer service levels</li><li>
Offer assistance to customers with large purchases as needed (carry purchases out to their cars)
</li><li>Replenish inventory from in-store stock and in coming orders</li><li>
Perform general housekeeping duties necessary to maintain a professional and clean check out area</li><li>
Assist in the maintenance of general store cleanliness including restrooms, break rooms, backrooms, and entry ways- responsible for daily store standards</li><li>
Replenish register supplies as needed
</li><li>Answer the phone using appropriate greeting and maintaining customer service levels as needed</li><li>
Assist in the inventory management, price marking and merchandising of the check out area and surrounding departments as needed</li><li>
React to potential shoplifters following company policy</li><li>
Assist in the implementation of Kinney Standard of Presentation (Merchandising)</li><li>
Assist in the ordering of replacement product from the appropriate supplier</li><li>
Assist in identifying and returning outdated or over stocked merchandise to the proper source</li><li>
Accurately package and prepare items for home/business delivery</li><li>
Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Store Clerk

Scope of Responsibilities: </b>Floats to assigned stores within the area to help cover Pharmacy Departments.Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy department. Assists in the training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Responsibilities:

Job Duties:</b></div><ul><li>
Follows the Kinney Standard of Practice to dispense prescriptions and counsel patients</li><li>
Performs all quality assurance steps to ensure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed. Reports dispensing incidents in a timely manner, in accordance with company guidelines</li><li>
Follows all State and Federal guidelines governing the practice of Pharmacy</li><li>
Oversees the initial submission, resubmission and collection of all third party claims</li><li>
Manages and balances the pharmacy inventory to provide for maximum turns while still remaining in-stock for customer needs. Oversees the transmitting, processing and receiving of orders to and from the Kinney Warehouse and additional suppliers as needed</li><li>
Oversees the checking of pharmacy inventory for outdates and processing of all returns</li><li>
Ensures prescription files and other manual records are maintained in accordance with all state and federal guidelines</li><li>
Ensures in-store pharmacy technology is being used to its fullest potential to allow for a maximum return on investment of the technology and life span</li><li>
Ensure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all times</li><li>
Ensure all loss Prevention policies are followed by all employees and report deviations from said policies to Loss Prevention</li><li>
Assist in the implementation of all corporate pharmacy marketing, advertising and promotional programs are fully executed and implemented</li><li>
Oversees the maintenance of the pharmacy department to ensure a clean and professional environment</li><li>
Maintains and develops professional relationships with doctors and others in the health service professions</li><li>
Maintains an awareness of developments in the Pharmacy and Health Care Services fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrates them into own practice</li><li>
Maintains confidentiality regarding all patient information</li><li>
Facilitates communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnel</li><li>
Assists in meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guidelines and operating the pharmacy within said guidelines</li><li>
Assist in the training and development of all pharmacy department personnel, including use of the Kinney Pharmacy Clerk and Technician Training Program</li><li>
Interface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed
</li><li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Minimum: BS or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Must be able to travel between stores to cover within an assigned area as scheduled</li></ul><div><b>
