Essential responsibilities include:</b></div>

<div><ul><li>Superior Customer Service and Relationship Building</li><li>
Contacting &amp; developing solutions with customers</li><li>
Accurately maintaining customer records</li><li>
Processing loan applications, customer payments, and loan closings</li><li>
Marketing &amp; Solicitation</li><li>
General support of the office manager and other staff to reach performance goals</li></ul>

</div><div><div><div><b>Qualified applicants should have:</b></div>
</div>
<div><ul><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience.</li><li>
Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals.</li><li>
Basic Computer Proficiency</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license, reliable personal transportation</li></ul>

</div></div></div><p><b>Monthly Bonus Incentives</b></p>
<p>
All eligible customer service representatives have the opportunity to earn up to $1300 additional monthly bonuses based on office performance. Offices should expect to earn a minimum of $500 per month in bonus incentives.</p>
