<span>Civil Estimator<br> <br><b>Job Location : Dubai, UAE<br> <br>Key Responsibilities:</b><br> <br>  Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.<br>  Review tender documents, project specifications, and drawings to identify scope and requirements.<br>  Obtain and analyze quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.<br>  Prepare pre-tender and post-tender comparison reports.<br>  Coordinate with the design, procurement, and operations teams during the tender stage.<br>  Assist in preparing technical and commercial bid submissions.<br>  Maintain cost databases and ensure estimation accuracy aligned with company standards.<br> <br><b>Requirements:<br></b> <br>  Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.<br>  Minimum 4 5 years of UAE experience in infrastructure estimation (roads, utilities, drainage, etc.).<br>  Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (Candy / CCS preferred).<br>  Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.<br>  Ability to work independently and meet tight tender deadlines.</span>

Civil Estimator

<p>Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.</p>
<p>Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage vendor relationships.</p>

<p>Review purchase requests, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries.</p>

<p>Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.</p>
<p>Collaborate with departments (engineering, finance, operations) to align procurement with project timelines.</p>
<p>Evaluate supplier performance and manage vendor contracts and renewals.</p>
<p>Prepare procurement reports and maintain documentation for audits.</p>
<p>Resolve supply issues, delays, or non-compliance incidents with suppliers.</p>
