<div>Role Overview
The Senior Implementation Project Manager serves as the lead project manager for Kipu's most complex, high-visibility, and strategically significant enterprise implementations. You will ownproject governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination for multi-product, 'multi-site engagements involving senior client stakeholders. This role also contributes to methodology development, mentors other Project Managers, and supports pre-sales scoping for enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Project Governance<ul><li>
Define and manage project scope, governance frameworks, and implementation schedules for Kipu's most complex enterprise engagements.</li><li>
Establish executive-level governance checkpoints including steering committees, readiness reviews, and milestone validations.</li><li>
Manage risk logs actively, driving risks and action items to resolution with clear owners and timelines.</li><li>
Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication</li><li>
Serve as the primary project lead for enterprise implementations, managing relationships with C-level and VP-level client stakeholders.</li><li>
Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to internal and external stakeholders at all levels with clarity and confidence.</li><li>
Lead structured executive-level meetings with clear agendas, documented outcomes, and confirmed next steps.</li></ul> 
Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>
Coordinate activities across Implementation Specialists, Solutions Architects, Success,
</li><li>Support, Sales, and Product teams for multi-product engagements.</li><li>
 Ensure handoffs between teams are planned, documented, and aligned before client'facing transitions.</li><li>
Hold project team members accountable for deliverables and timelines without direct authority.</li></ul>
Methodology &amp; Mentorship<ul><li>Contribute to the evolution of Kipu's enterprise implementation methodology, governance practices, and operational cadences.</li><li>Mentor other Implementation Project Managers through knowledge sharing, project reviews, and direct coaching.</li><li>Support pre-sales to implementation transitions for enterprise deals by ensuring readiness and alignment.</li></ul>
Risk Management &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Identify project risks early and develop mitigation and contingency strategies for high'complexity scenarios.</li><li>Escalate complex or high-risk scenarios with context and a recommended path forward.</li><li>Drive process improvement initiatives in alignment with department and company objectives.</li></ul>
Qualifications
Required<ul><li>3-5 years experience in behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare technology.</li><li>Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-product, or multi-site enterprise implementations.</li><li>Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage C-level client relationships and complex organizational dynamics.</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification</li><li>Experience mentoring project managers or contributing to PM methodology development.</li><li>Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce, or similar project management and CRM tools.</li><li>Experience managing implementations with governance or steering committee structures.</li></ul>
