Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, with experience in various types of driving, including but not limited to tractor-trailer, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and tankers. This role involves transporting goods to designated locations while ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, safely and efficiently.</li><li>Load and unload freight as required, ensuring proper handling of materials.</li><li>Navigate assigned routes for timely deliveries while adhering to delivery schedules.</li><li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.</li><li>Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and deliveries.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid commercial driver&rsquo;s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle being operated.</li><li>Experience in truck driving with a focus on delivery driver roles preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with operating refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and roll-off trucks is a plus.</li><li>Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Previous experience in route driving is beneficial.
