<div></div><div><b>Position Details:</b></div>
<div><b>Schedule: </b>Monday&ndash;Friday, full-time, on-site<br>
<b>Hours: </b>8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)<br>
<b>Pay: </b>$18&ndash;$24 per hour<br>
<b>Pay Frequency: </b>Weekly</div>
<div></div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></div>
<div>In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:</div>

<ul><li>Support shop operations, including inventory management and parts management</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors</li>
<li>Deliver professional communication and excellent customer service</li>
<li>Handle accounts receivable and organize customer billing</li>
<li>Perform general office administration tasks</li>
<li>Assist the Shop Manager as needed</li>

<ul><li>1-year previous experience in a shop environment, a service writer or parts manager</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li>
